Printing on Campus with WEPA California Baptist University offers convenient printing services for students throughout the campus at 17 various locations. Printing to the cloud with WEPA is easy and can be done through a variety of methods: From a laptop or desktop From a smartphone or tablet From cloud storage From email From a USB flash drive Initial Steps to Set Up Account Go to wepanow.com and click on "Login" at the top right hand corner Select "California Baptist University" for school affiliation When prompted, sign-in using your CBU credentials Complete setup as directed Print at a Kiosk Swipe your CBU ID card at any WEPA kiosk Follow prompts for printing If a student does not have a CBU ID card, click through the following steps: Select "Don't have a CBU Card? Tap here." Troubleshooting for Printer/Copier Connection
1. Hold power button down to power off. 2. Wait 5 - 10 seconds before repowering back on with the power button. 3. If that doesn't work, power off the printer with the power button and unplug the printer from the wall. 4. Wait about 20 seconds before plugging the printer back in and repowering back on with the power button. 5. If this doesn't work please reply or submit a ticket. Thank you.

Adding a Printer on Windows 11
Adding a printer on a Windows 11 device can be accomplished through Windows Settings. Open windows settings and select Bluetooth & devices. Then select "Printers & scanners". Then select "Add device" After the computer searches for printers, select "Add manually" Then select "Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature" Select the printer for the location you are in and double click the printer to install. Click "Next" after installation is complete and then "Finish" to complete the process. If for some reason you do not find the printer in the directory, you can click "Select a shared printer by name" and type in "\\printserv2\" in the field to find the printer you are looking for. Select the printer you want and select "Next" Then select "Next" and "Finished" to complete the process.

Adding a Printer on MacOS (Ventura)
To add a printer on MacOS, select "Settings" and scroll down to "Printers & Scanners". Click "Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax..." Then select the printer you want and click "Add". Note: Use the Generic PostScript Printer driver unless you need to use extra functions like stapling or hole punching. If you need those functions, you will need to load the appropriate driver or contact the ITS Helpdesk at X4444 for assistance. If the printer name is not showing up: If the computer doesn't find computer quickly, find the name of the printer (can be readily found by connecting to \\printserv2 on a Windows device), and connect via name instead
