If you do not see your team or department’s folder please submit a helpdesk ticket to request access.

How to cancel a process instance in Laserfiche
This article will overview on how to delete process instances that are in progress in LF forms. There are times when LF users will request to have a specific in-progress process/form cancelled. Only users with a team developer or manager role can cancel in-progress instances. Instructions In the Laserfiche homepage navigate to Process Automation. Select the team that the form is categorized under. Navigate to Business Processes → Monitor. Locate the process instance you wish to stop using the search filter. Cancel the in-progress instance by checking the box next to it and selecting the Stop icon on the top right.

The following article will overview the Monitor page within your business processes. The monitor tab is a powerful tool used for tracking and managing the progress and status of your business processes. These roles include: Analyst, Team Manager, and Team Developer. If you need access to the monitor tab please submit a helpdesk ticket. Main uses for the Monitor page: Real-time tracking of submitted forms: The "Monitor" tab provides real-time visibility into the status of your business processes. You can see which steps are completed, which are pending, and which are in progress at any given moment. Detailed information: Clicking on a specific process instance provides you with detailed information about that instance. You can see the current status of each stage, the assigned users, and the history of actions taken within that instance. Task Assignment: You can view which users are currently assigned to tasks for in progress instances. If necessary, you can reassign tasks to other users. How to access the Monitor page for a business process In the Laserfiche homepage click on the 3x3 waffle grid on the top right hand corner and select Process Automation. Under heading Courses, select Courses. Search for a course using the provided methods. Example: Course ID contains 2022-FA Select the blue text Course ID to view the course. Discover if a course has been generated in Blackboard. Discover who is the Instructor of the course, by viewing the Instructor Name column. Discover courses using Original versus Ultra view. Discover if a course is available for students. Red circle with white X in the Status column means students cannot view this course, even if they are enrolled. Example: Student Preview In the left-hand navigation menu, select Admin. Under heading Courses, select Courses. Search for a course using the provided methods. Example: Course ID contains 2022-FA Select the blue text Course ID to view the course. In the top right-hand corner of the course view, select the Enter Student Preview Icon When complete, select Exit Preview > Delete the preview user and all data (recommended). Then select Continue. General view of course content. Viewing the course as a student would see it. Troubleshooting items a student has access to. If you can’t see it in this view, student’s can’t see it either. Troubleshooting quiz or submission issues. You can take quizzes and submit assignment as a student would in this view. Note: Certain content in Online courses requires completion of Student Responsibility Agreement (SRA).

Students with an unavailable status cannot see the course. Contact the registrar for any registration questions. Grade Center In the left-hand navigation menu, select Admin. Under heading Courses, select Courses. Search for a course using the provided methods. Example: Course ID contains 2022-FA Select the blue text Course ID to view the course. Quick Enroll as instructor to view course content. In the left-hand course menu, select item Grade Center. Select Full Grade Center. Viewing general grade data and student performance. Viewing graded versus ungraded assignments. Reviewing student attempts. Reviewing professor grade feedback. Reviewing student responsibility agreement status Course Evaluation In the left-hand navigation menu, select Admin. Under heading Courses, select Courses. Blackboard Learn: Add Kaltura Media or Assignments to Course
Overview: This article overviews how to add Kaltura Media or Assignments to a given content area in a course in Blackboard Learn. Access My Media: Log in to Blackboard Learn at https://calbaptist.blackboard.com/ From the left hand navigation menu, select Tools. Select Kaltura My Media. Your Kaltura My Media will be opened in a new Window. You will be automatically authenticated using the account you are logged in to Blackboard with. Alternatively, you can access My Media within the tools section of a given course: Open a course you are an instructor in. On any content page, select Tools> More Tools > Kaltura Media Gallery Adding Content: Open a course you are an instructor in. On any content page, select Build Content. Adding someone to a Shared Calendar through Exchange - Microsoft Outlook
This article provides instructions on adding a user to a shared calendar on Outlook Open Outlook: Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer. Navigate to Calendar: Click on the "Calendar" icon or tab at the bottom of the Outlook window to open your calendar view. Select the Calendar to Share: Locate the calendar you want to share in the left-hand pane under "My Calendars" or "Calendar" (depending on your Outlook version). Right-click the Calendar: Right-click on the calendar you want to share. A context menu will appear. Choose "Sharing Permissions": From the context menu, select "Sharing Permissions". This will open the Calendar Properties window. Open Permissions Tab: In the Calendar Properties window, go to the "Permissions" tab. Add the Person: Click on the "Add..." button to select the person you want to share your calendar with. Select the Person: In the "Add Users" dialog box, type the name or email address of the person you want to share the calendar with, and click "Add ->" then "OK". Assign Permissions: Back in the Calendar Properties window under the "Permissions" tab, select the person you just added. Set Permission Level: Under "Permission Level" dropdown menu, choose "Editor" to allow the person full editing rights (they can create, edit, and delete items). Apply and OK: Click "OK" to apply the changes and close the Calendar Properties window Recipient Acceptance: The person you shared the calendar with will receive an email notification. They need to accept the invitation to view and edit your calendar. After this, the person you added as an Editor to your calendar should be all set to manage your calendar

Blackboard Learn: Pairing Courses and Adding Assignments From McGraw-Hill Connect
Overview: This article overviews how to pair a Blackboard course to a McGraw-Hill section and adding new content to the course. Pairing a Course: 1. Navigate to the the Blackboard course you want to pair to McGraw-Hill. 2. Go to the content area and hit "McGraw Hill Connect LTIA" under the "Build Content" drop-down. 3. Hit "Select Connect" from as the Platform 4. Hit "Begin" 5. Select "Pair with a Connect Section" to pair with a section that has already been created in McGraw-Hill. For further assistance creating a section in McGraw-Hill, please refer to the following resource: Connect Create and Add Your Course and Sections or contact McGraw-Hill support. 6. Hit "Select" on the section you would like to pair your Blackboard course to. 7. Once your course has been successfully paired, you will receive a message: 8. Return back to your Blackboard course. Deploying McGraw-Hill Assignments to Blackboard: 1. Navigate to your course and content area where you want to add an assignment. 2. Select "McGraw Hill Connect LTIA" from the "Build Content" drop-down: 3. Select "Go to my Connect Section" 4. Under the "Assignments" tab, select the assignment(s) you want to deploy: 5. Click the paper stack and select "Deploy/manage" 6. Verify the Grade Type and hit "Deploy" 7. The assignment should now be in the selected content area in the Blackboard Learn course.
