TechReady.io is an online tool which will quickly measure key items on your internet browser or computer that may be impacting your access to a system or resource at CBU.

1. Browse to: https://calbaptist.techready.io/
   1. Note: Use the same browser you normally use, or the browser you are having a current issue with.
2. Select "Begin Test"

3. The test will begin and will notify you that it is running. Do not close this browser or tab while the test is running.

      1. Note: In this example, the browser version is out of date. This is a common issue that may result in inability to access a website. If you receive this error, updating your browser or trying a different internet browser on your system to access the site are good steps to take. 
5. At the bottom of the page, a test id is given. Please report this test id back to Information Technology Services (ITS) for more assistance. The test id allows ITS to look up your scan results and possibly identify an issue with your browser or computer.
