CBU Connect login issue for New Staff that is current student - Community Life
Jennifer had a new hire that was a current student that had issues with connecting to CBU Connect in Community Life (https://connect.calbaptist.edu/home_login)
It turns out that Jamie Hutton in Community life has to manually add Staff members that get hired on as current students. In the future we reach out to Jamie Hutton or Jamie Erikisen.

Good morning, Jamie,
There is a Current student who has recently been added as an employee, and and such, his CBU username has been changed to a staff login.
However, now that his login is no longer his student ID, he is unable to access CBU Connect.
Are you able to assist with him gaining access again?
