Add a Printer using CMD
Summary
When attempting to connect a printserv2 hosted printer, the installation of drivers and mapping of the printer may fail. In other cases, attempting to add the printer by using the "Run" command simply does nothing when trying to connect. A workaround is to add the printer using a Command Prompt window. This can be performed both in elevated and non-elevated CMD windows (Admin or Non-Admin.)
Cause
The root cause of this problem is unknown, at this time.
