Password Change

You can change your password in two different ways. One is through InsideCBU and the other is through Microsoft:

Through InsideCBU

Once logged in to InsideCBU, click on "Password Change"

Then click on "Change Password" under the "Student Password Management".

Then you can input your old password and the new password following the current password requirements: password must be at least 12 characters and includes uppercase (A-Z), lowercase (a-z), a number (0-9), and a special charater (@!#$%^&+=). Avoid using any part of your name or username in the password.

Through Microsoft

Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and sign in with your CBU Credentials.

For students, fill in your idnumber@calbaptist.edu like below. For Faculty and Staff, put in your username (may be the shortened version if your last name is 8 characters or more).

Then select the "Change Password" tile.

Please make sure that your new password meets the security requirements.

The password must be at least 12 characters long and have at least 1 Uppercase Letter, 1 Lowercase Letter, 1 Number, and 1 Special Character ('-!"#$%&()*,./:;?@[]^_`{|}~+<=>).
